Founder of Promoesport. Rodri Baster is a FIFA agent who has been representing elite sportspeople for more than 23 years. In 2002, he founded the Spanish agency Promoesport Barcelona with which he has represented more than 300 players and he has carried out more than 2.000 operations all over the world. In Europe he discovered footballers such as Dani Alves, Eric Bailly, Felipe Melo, Iago Aspas, Aleix Vidal, Carlos Soler and Diego Alves, among many others. He has managed the sports grounds of the Gimnàstic de Tarragona, a club which he has taken up from Second Division B to Second Division A, and which just missed being promoted up to the First Spanish Division.
He has a degree in Physical Education and Physiotherapy.
